Is the price really flat?
Yes. The monthly price you see is what you pay for everything in that plan. The only extra is claim overage if you exceed your monthly allowance — billed at a flat $0.40 per additional claim, always shown clearly on every invoice.
How does throughput tiering work?
Each plan is sized by daily email volume — the operator-native metric in cold outreach. Starter handles 500 emails/day, Growth handles 1,500/day, Scale handles 5,000/day, Enterprise starts at 10,000/day. Industry deliverability practice caps a single mailbox at 30–50 emails/day, so the throughput tier directly determines mailbox count in your managed portfolio (~15, 45, 100, 200+). The engine mints whatever claim volume your throughput requires — you pay for capacity, not per claim.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no long contract — plans are month-to-month. Prefer to pay yearly? You can, and save about two months.
Do you replace my existing outbound stack?
For sending, yes — AdellaOutreach includes the managed sending portfolio at every tier (so you don’t pay separately for Smartlead, inbox provisioning, warmup tooling, or deliverability monitoring). For CRM and reply routing, no — we integrate with your existing HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, etc. The claim engine API is also available at every tier if you want to use the truth-gated claims with sending infrastructure you already operate.
Do you connect to my CRM?
On Scale and Enterprise plans, yes — replies and meetings flow into your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, others) as part of the done-for-you operation. On Starter and Growth, the engagement ledger and dashboard live in AdellaOutreach; you route to your CRM via the engagement webhook or our REST API. Most teams have this wired up in under an hour.
How does the truth gate actually work?
It’s a database constraint, not a marketing claim. A claim’s “selected for send” status is computed from a generated column (verified AND has evidence reference). The constraint runs in the database, not in application code that could be bypassed. A regression test runs on every CI build and fails the build if anyone tries to weaken the constraint. See the Technology page for the architectural detail.
What’s the difference between absence and split-visibility claims?
Both are AI-search visibility claims. Absence: the recipient’s business is absent from AI-assistant answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity) where their direct competitors appear — e.g., a SaaS company missing from “best tools for X” queries on every engine. Split-visibility: the business appears on one engine but is absent on another where competitors appear — e.g., visible on Perplexity but missing from ChatGPT’s response. Both are highly resonant because they hit a problem the recipient can verify in 60 seconds and feels viscerally.
What about deliverability monitoring — do you watch complaint rates?
The sending platform exposes bounce, disconnect, and warmup-channel spam signals, which the engine watches continuously and acts on (auto-pausing degrading mailboxes). The authoritative complaint-rate signal lives in Google Postmaster Tools — the strict Gmail 0.10%/0.30% thresholds — which we monitor as the deliverability authority. The engine integrates Postmaster signals into the mailbox-health state machine. The result: degradation gets caught early, from multiple proxies.
Do you run my campaigns for me?
On the Scale ($9,999/mo) and Enterprise plans, yes — a dedicated outbound strategist runs the engine on your side, tunes the claim configuration to your ICP, oversees the sending portfolio, triages replies, and books meetings into your calendar. This is the “done-for-you cold email” tier that mid-market agencies (Belkins, CIENCE) charge $5K–$10K/mo for. On Starter and Growth, you run campaigns yourself with the engine handling claim minting and sending infrastructure; we provide a monthly strategy review and engine optimization.
How does this price compare to a DFY cold email agency?
Done-for-you cold email retainers in 2026 run $3K–$8K/mo for mid-market programs and $5K–$15K/mo for full-service. Belkins averages $5,500/mo; CIENCE runs $4,200–$9,000/mo + setup; large agencies command $8K–$25K/mo. Hidden costs (domains, enrichment, sending tools, verification) typically add 30–50% on top of base retainer. AdellaOutreach Scale at $9,999/mo is priced as a premium DFY tier with the truth gate as differentiation; Growth at $4,999/mo is your own-the-engine tier; Starter at $1,999/mo runs the engine + managed sending at entry volume. For most B2B SaaS teams with $30K+ ACVs, a single closed deal covers the annual plan. Run the ROI calculator to size it against your numbers.
